Hello My Friends,
I know, I didn't update yesterday. It turned out to be a busy day. I am trying to do my workouts and errands and get ready for the 12pm to 10pm workday each morning.
Yesterday morning was a trip to the Salvation Army to drop off some donations. There was a note on a chair behind the donation trailer..."Be back in a few minutes." Hey, everyone has to eat or pee."
Then down to South Tampa to see my chiropractor. I died laughing when I pulled into his driveway. On his front lawn were many little black and white cows with a sign..."Holy cow....T... is 50!!
When I walked I said, "Now you can join AARP." I've known him for twenty years and he's always been supportive when I became a provider. I'm grateful to have him in my corner.
He and I laughed about getting older and I said..."Hey, any day above ground is a good day!" He agreed.
I'm getting antsy with the self isolation and lessening socialization. And then I remember I'd rather not risk my health for the sake of a party.
Thankfully Cam sessions help a lot. And the folks who I do meet in person. Everyone is fully vaccinated and careful.
In the afternoon, I found the whole of it dedicated to cam sessions. I find I think best and achieve more in the mornings and afternoons. Evening arrives and I want to chill. Cam sessions are fun and easy so I don't mind them at night.
