I just returned from a walk around our community. It's lovely but the skies have quickly turned dark. A friend said it's supposed to pour from noon until ten tonight. That will put the kabash on the sun bathers at the resort today for sure. I was thinking of spending the day there. I'm sure I can find something else fun to do.
So Monday was a visit from an old friend up north. He loves being dominated and who am I to deny him that experience. He especially loves pegging. Glad to help!
A visit to the neck Ortho Tuesday. With a long lecture about how our necks and backs are messed up from poor posture. He wanted me to do physical therapy. I said, no, if you give me the exercises I'll do them at home. I have, and I will. I see him again in a month.
So I head back to the shoulder ortho next week for a cortisone shot in my left shoulder. Good posture isn't going to help that. But their rehab exercise have and I still do them.
Staying fit and active is my best recourse. Yoga especially. I have arthritis in my lower back, neck and left shoulder. It comes with injuries and old age. Oh, yeah, bad posture. But that doc is a Keto proponent and he seemed to be more interested in me when I told him it's now a lifestyle I practice. He said the AMA finally endorsed it the beginning of March.
Otherwise, I'm doing great, just creaky from time to time. lol I will get my second Covid booster Monday.
I was supposed to do a triple filming yesterday. A new model reached out. We had scheduled an 11am shoot and I hadn't heard confirmation by Thursday. Finally, after three texts he replied and said his father had died that morning. I sent my condolences.
Myla did the shooting and Brit big boy and I performed. He arrived with a bottle of bubbly and one of Chardonnay. It was one long blow job scene. He was a happy camper. I ordered a pizza after and we hung out. (yes, I cheat upon occasion) He heads back to the UK next week but will return again in the fall. We will most definitely stay in touch.
