Hello My Darling Boys,
It's warm and sunny in Florida. The official hurricane season began yesterday, June 1st. I have water and a few canned good and of course peanut butter that would get me by. Lots of candles but I need to buy a new flashlight and get some more batteries.
Right now my ice maker is on the fritz so I have to get that repaired to make ice if we get a storm. I also need a couple of coolers. Otherwise...not too bad in the preparation department.
Tampa Bay has not had a major hurricane direct hit since 1921 when it hit Tarpon Springs and they reoccur every 100 to 150 years. We're long overdo. Luckily I'm on the first floor in a block building. We usually don't get the biggest ones until August - October. The ONE good thing is that we usually have time to prepare. But even if they are anywhere near Florida we can expect they can turn and clobber elsewhere.
I had a great month with my clip store sales. Nice in person biz in May and virtual, text and phone still continue. Things are good! After this last year not providing during Covid I'm pleased that while slow, nice guys are coming back and I'm meeting new friends.
The frosting on that cake was yesterday during a hot, hot, hot session with a very well endowed Italian stallion. The "girl" was so happy! He'd watched my movies for years so it was a very exciting adventure for both of us.
I had both my cataract lense clean up laser treatments in May and my eye sight is clearer. It's a common occurrence if you've had cataract surgery. Sitting and chatting with the old fogies at St. Luke's mine stayed cleared longer then the rest of them. Must be all the good sex!

I had a quiet but lovely Memorial Day weekend. Monday I went on a drive and had lunch with two gal pals. We went up through St. Leo and then to Dade City. Big surprise! It's the county seat and it has a charming and prosperous downtown and community. Rolling hills, lots of trees and a departure from flat Florida. Lovely!
The best news is that our nudist resort has been sold to two couples. They took over June 1st and already are restoring the services that were dismantled under the previous clueless ownership. If you've been here...the outdoor bar will reopen. They've attended three social functions, are wiling to listen and take suggestions and keep us posted on the progress via Facebook. It's a breath of fresh air after so many years of bad ownership and indifference to the needs of the community. Both the last owners forgot is was a service not a entitlement to have customers. I predict we're on our way to better days. I don't think the old days can return but it will surely be a place where I want to return and if it is I'll renew my membership! Hooray and thank you, thank you, thank you!
